Ascent, in partnership with Redline Property Partners, acquired Birkdale Point Executive Business Park in April 2023. The park consists of four buildings totaling 201,310 SF of office space and is located in the rapidly expanding Huntersville, NC submarket.

Plans for the property include making significant capital improvements and renovations to the building's exteriors, amenities, lobbies, common areas, and restrooms. The property was rebranded from Northpointe Business Park to reflect its location next to Birkdale Village. Ascent will also activate the 3.5 acre vacant out parcel by developing a new office or retail.
