The N Tryon Retail Portfolio includes two unanchored retail centers, 2417 N Tryon and 2729 N Tryon, in the North End Corridor of Charlotte, NC.

With a combined total of 22,000 SF, these properties are strategically positioned in one of Charlotte’s most active multifamily corridors. Over the past few years, more than 3,000 residential units have been delivered within a mile and a half of our new locations, with an additional 2,000 units currently under construction or proposed.
