Ascent Real Estate Capital, in partnership with Beauxwright, acquired a parcel in January 2024 with a plan to provide 76 PA-ready townhome lots in South Charlotte. Ascent has chosen TriPointe Homes to construct the townhomes, and this project marks Ascent’s first for-sale townhome project.
